Alpheratz Project - Arabic Translation Quality Reviewer

We are looking for experienced language professionals to support an ongoing project focused on reviewing and refining Arabic (UAE) customer service content. This role involves improving machine-translated materials to ensure accuracy, natural language, and alignment with project guidelines.   What you’ll do Review and refine machine-translated customer service content (help articles, UI strings, internal support documentation) Ensure accuracy, clarity, tone, and contextual appropriateness in Arabic (UAE) Maintain consistency across terminology, style, and meaning Apply feedback to support continuous quality improvement Complete tasks within a Translation Management System (TMS) Communicate with Project Managers as needed to clarify expectations   Project details Language: Arabic (UAE) Content type: Customer service content (general) Project duration: Ongoing This role involves intermittent work, with tasks assigned on an ad hoc basis throughout the year depending on client needs. Volumes and timing may vary. Hourly rate: $28.36

Requirements

• Native proficiency in Arabic (UAE) and strong English skills
• Experience in translation, localization, or translation quality review
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently in an online environment
• Previous experience working in a TMS is a plus
• Successful completion of required assessments
