Health Expert — Talent Pool

We are building a vetted network of health professionals ahead of upcoming project demand. Health is one of the domains where errors in AI systems carry the highest cost, and where evaluating them correctly requires people with real clinical training and practice.

By applying, you join a curated pool. When a project matching your profile opens, you are contacted directly, with the scope and the compensation laid out upfront. There is no obligation to accept, and no penalty for declining. You stay in the pool for future opportunities.

Who can apply

We welcome licensed and qualified professionals across health, including:

What matters most is real professional training and practice in health.

Evidence may come from your professional registration, clinical practice, published research, academic work, or other verifiable professional output.

What this work typically looks like

Projects vary depending on the needs of our AI partners. Typical work may include:

• Evaluating whether an AI system's clinical reasoning is sound and consistent with current evidence and guidelines.
• Reviewing AI-generated health information for accuracy, completeness and appropriate caution.
• Identifying answers that sound authoritative but are clinically wrong, outdated, or unsafe.
• Designing realistic clinical scenarios and test cases used to evaluate AI capabilities.
• Creating evaluation criteria and rubrics that separate safe, high-quality answers from weak ones.
• Reviewing work produced by other health professionals against those rubrics.

This is expert, task-based work performed remotely and asynchronously.

This work does not involve patient care. You will never treat, diagnose or advise a real patient through Vetto, and nothing produced in these projects is medical advice to any individual.

Requirements

You should:

• Hold a valid professional qualification in a health discipline, with an active or previously active registration where your profession requires one.
• Have hands-on clinical, research or practice experience in your field.
• Be comfortable reading and writing technical content in English.
• Work only with the materials provided by the project.

You must never submit real patient information, identifiable health data, or material from medical records. Vetto projects never require it, and any scenario you write must be fictional or fully de-identified.

Selection process

Phase 1 — Talent Pool Application

Complete this application with information about your qualification and experience.

We review your professional profile, verifiable signals, and screening responses. There are no interviews at this stage.

Candidates who meet the talent pool criteria become eligible for future health opportunities.

Phase 2 — Project Selection

When a project matching your profile becomes available, we will contact you with the complete scope, expected workload, compensation, and timeline.

Depending on the project, you may be asked to complete a short exercise designed to resemble the actual work, and to provide proof of your professional registration.

Performance on project-specific assessments is typically the strongest selection signal.

Compensation

Compensation is defined separately for each project and is communicated before you decide whether to participate.

Projects are generally paid per approved task, with payment converted to your local currency where applicable.

Rates vary based on the complexity of the project and the level of expertise required.
