How It Works

You will participate in a 20-minute remote interview led by an AI moderator. During the session, you will answer questions about your current POS setup, how you process payments, and what drives your hardware upgrade decisions. The AI will adapt its follow-up questions based on your specific business environment and daily challenges. You will speak freely about what works and what frustrates you in your current technology stack.

Who This Is For

We are looking for independent merchant owners, general managers, and operational leaders who make technology purchasing decisions.
