About OneForma

OneForma is the contributor platform of Centific, a data and AI company in Redmond, Washington. OneForma started in 2019. Centific spun off from Pactera Technology International in 2020 as Pactera EDGE and took the name Centific in 2023. People join OneForma as independent contractors. They translate, collect data, annotate, and review AI output in fields such as medicine, law, finance, and languages. Centific says the network has over 2 million contributors in 230+ markets. Current US posts include a physician review of clinical cases built from de-identified health records, at $150 an hour, and a study that pays $60 to $150 to share your own MyChart health record.

How hiring works

  1. Create a free account with your email. Enter the 6-digit code from the verification email and accept the terms.
  2. Fill in your profile: country, languages, skills, and education. OneForma matches jobs to it. You cannot change your native language later. Expert roles need a master's degree or higher and a diploma upload.
  3. Apply to a job and pass its pre-checks. Some jobs need a resume, a phone check, or an ID check with a selfie. Some need a certification test of 15 to 90 minutes, with a pass mark of about 75 to 85% and about 3 tries. Do not use a VPN, because the fraud check can lock your account.
  4. OneForma reviews applications in about 5 to 10 business days. When it approves you, connect a payment method before you start the work.

What workers say

Good

  • Many posts show the pay up front: $150 an hour for the physician review, and $60, $100, or $150 for a MyChart record, by its length.
  • Some 5-star reviewers say support replied fast and fixed their problem. Older reviews from 2024 say payments were always on time.
  • You can choose Payoneer, PayPal, or Tipalti, the minimum payout is only $10, and OneForma says it never charges fees.

Watch out for

  • 84% of Trustpilot reviews give 1 star. Many 2026 reviewers say OneForma suspended or closed their accounts after ID checks or a move to a new system, in some cases with earnings unpaid.
  • Approval does not guarantee work. Reviewers report pending applications, verification that never finishes, and support that does not answer.
  • PayPal works only up to $300 a year. Above that you need Payoneer or Tipalti, and transfer and currency fees can apply.
